Blackjack — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Blackjack mobile game (Android package com.altancorp.blackjack and its iOS version, the “App”) handles personal data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Hecteria, an independent game developer (listed as “Altan Corp” on Google Play), Türkiye. Contact: info@hecteria.com.

2. Data we process

• Game account and progress. On first launch the App creates an anonymous account (Google Firebase Authentication). Your chip balance, statistics, level, missions and unlocked themes are stored under that anonymous ID in Google Cloud Firestore so they can be backed up and synced.
• Game Center / Google Play Games. If you are signed in, the App receives your player ID and display name to link your progress and show achievements.
• Usage analytics. Google Firebase Analytics and Remote Config collect app usage events (for example hands played, screens opened), device model, OS version, country/language and an app instance identifier to improve the game.
• Advertising. Google AdMob shows ads and may process your device’s advertising identifier, IP address and device information. Where required (e.g. EEA, UK, Switzerland) we ask for your consent through Google’s consent form; you can change your choice at any time with “Privacy Options” in the main menu.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store; RevenueCat records purchase receipts to unlock what you bought. We never receive your payment card details.

We do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, location or photos, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the game, saving and syncing progress, and delivering purchases — performance of our contract with you.
• Analytics, fraud prevention and keeping the App working — our legitimate interests.
• Personalised advertising — your consent where required by law.

4. Service providers and transfers

Data is processed by Google LLC / Google Ireland (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Games), Apple Inc. (Game Center, App Store) and RevenueCat, Inc. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

Game data is kept while you use the App. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7). Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default retention settings (up to 14 months).

6. Age

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will delete the related data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or request deletion of your game data, e-mail info@hecteria.com. Uninstalling the App stops all further collection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
